Project Description:

iM2 have been appointed to work alongside the IBI Group as part of A Gardiner & Theobald led design team appointed by the London Borough of Wandsworth to undertake architectural and technical design services for a new mixed-use development which comprises a new 2FE primary school, children’s nursery and community/sports/recreation facilities.  The site is on Plot C2 of the Royal Mail Group site which was granted outline planning consent in 2012.

• Vehicle and pedestrian segregation upon completion

• Designing for safe end users (children)

• Changes in floor level
