Project Description:
The site sits within the Battersea Power Station development, described as ‘London’s newest Neighborhood’ centered around the iconic power station itself.
Phase 3a development will consist of 3 buildings, Prospect Park 1, Prospect Park 2 and building 01.
Each building is a 16 storey high rise above ground floor and 3 basement levels. These will house luxury residential apartments, hotel, health, retail, restaurant and leisure space above ground and the basement containing plant rooms and under ground parking, all of concrete frame construction, cladded and glazed.
