She has worked within the Building Regulations industry for over 35 years, with experience at both Local Authorities and Approved Inspectors / Registered Building Control Approvers. She is a Registered Building Inspector to the competency level of Class 2A-F and Class 4 (Technical Manager).
She has a wealth of experience in many sectors of the construction industry including residential, commercial, education and hospitality schemes, along with extensive knowledge of building warranty and technical audit inspections.Alison is flexible, adaptable and organised, and can work effectively as part of a design and development team to meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
