The New data hall is located in a busy industrial park in Harlesden, London which is owned and managed by SEGRO. The total gross internal area (GIA) of the development is 23,032 square metres, with 72MW design output.

The former delivery depot was demolished under a separate scheme to slab level, followed by an extensive civils package ahead of the traditional construction of a three-storey (plus roof and gantry) data centre. The building incorporates 3no. data halls, a facilities support unoccupied block (FSUB), power module gantry and a generator gantry. In addition, a separate three-storey facilities support occupied block (FSOB) abuts the building which was delivered using volumetric construction methods.

The scheme also includes a single-storey pedestrian entrance pavilion that serves as an arrival shelter and provides a parcel drop-off and bicycle storage facilities.

As part of the scheme an open yard electrical substation has been constructed and is operated by an IDNO. Associated vehicle access infrastructure has been provided to accommodate cars, LGV & HGV delivery vehicles.
