The new Data Centre will consist of 2 Data Halls and supporting cooling corridors, plant rooms, and welfare facilities – 910m2 GIA

• Day 1 fitout: 250 kW IT load per Data Hall, plus associated plant to support.
• Day 2 fitout: 500 kW IT load per Data Hall, plus associated plant to support.

The new CHP and Boilerhouse will be 274m2 GIA, the CHP will include:

• 3No. CHP Units • Boiler Press. Unit • Unimat Boiler
• LV Panel • CHP Transformers
• HV Switchboard
• Dry Air Coolers
• Oil Tanks
• Free Standing Chimney
