A phased multi-level refurbishment and Cat B fit out of the 32-storey Canary Wharf global headquarters of Barclays Bank, following purchase of the lease on the 1 million sq ft of space at the site.

The project delivers refurbishment, fit out and enhancements over multiple floors, including atrium events space, meeting and executive suites, boardrooms, hospitality and dining facilities, new link stair, plus associated MEP, fire safety, AV, security, data and BMS interfaces.
