Project description

Bridge Labs is the comprehensive redevelopment of Beaver House which was demolished and replaced with a RC Frame structure and unitised facade delivering over 145,000 sq.ft of flexible laboratory and office accommodation.

To meet the growing demand for high quality research and development space, the project provides large adaptable floor plates, premium tenant amenities, high quality cycle facilities and a welcoming ground floor cafe creating a vibrant environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

The development also enhances the surrounding public realm through improved pedestrian spaces, a community garden and the refurbishment of the historic Boatman’s Chapel into a community engagement space, while creating opportunities for the public to engage with the science and innovation taking place within the building.
