The Ebury Bridge development by Westminster City Council is the largest affordable homes project in south Westminster in 50 years; consisting of 9 high rise blocks over 3 phases.

Demolition of existing buildings has previously been undertaken by J F Hunt and McLaren are delivering Phase 2 which comprises Buildings 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 with approx. 334 homes. The scheme supports the health and wellbeing of residents with a new community hub, nursery, play facilities, fitness centre,  4 high quality public squares and pocket parks. The scheme also includes 350m² of office space and 900² of retail.
