The Masterplan
The masterplan consists of three separate buildings: the Courthouse, the Police Building and the Commercial Building. 2-7 Salisbury Court (grade II listed) is also incorporated into the scheme. A high-quality public realm provides new east-west pedestrian links and an enlarged Salisbury Square.
Three Buildings
The Courthouse is located on Fleet Street with G+6 storeys and one lower ground level. It also includes the refurbishment of 2-3 Salisbury Court.
The Police Station is located on Salisbury Square with G+10 storeys, one lower ground level and two basement levels. A shared energy centre is located at basement level two.
The Commercial building is located to the south of Salisbury Square with G+8 storeys, one lower ground level and two basement levels. Additional commercial space is located within the refurbishment of 4- 7 Salisbury Court.
