The Primark Retail Group took over two redundant adjoining retail units in the Old George Mall, in Salisbury.

Working with a very busy live shopping centre environment, the two units were extensively refurbished and remodelled, to turn them into one large retail unit.

The refurbishment included (but was not limited to):

• Full MEP strip out replacement
• All walls, floors and ceilings stripped back to concrete finish
• Installation of new lift shafts and lifts
• Installation of new escalators
• Formation of new openings in the structural slab
• Asbestos removal
