The Courtyard Building on Tottenham Court Road, Camden comprises two circa 1908 buildings linked by a 1990s infill that formed a central level 1 courtyard.

The project delivers a refurbishment and extension; including partial demolition and rebuild of the Alfred Place infill to create a new facade, installation of a glazed roof over the courtyard, integration of all building elements and the addition of a new storey with level 4 roof terraces.

Works also comprise facade and fabric repairs, new north and south cores with lift shafts, structural strengthening, a roof extension with plant enclosure and a new UKPN room.
