Located between Royal Wharf and Lyle Park, Deanston Wharf is a new development in the London Borough of Newham.

Comprising 769 residential units and 1,125 sqm of commercial space, the ten blocks that make up Deanston Wharf sit adjacent to many of the buildings that make up Phase 3 of Royal Wharf.

The 10 blocks vary in height from 9 to 17 storeys. Similar to Royal Wharf, Deanston Wharf is a joint development between Ballymore and Oxley Holdings.

The site was previously occupied by a large warehouse that was used by a document management company. Once completed, it will provide access for Royal Wharf residents through to Lyle Park and a continuation of the River Thames path.
