iM2 have been appointed to work alongside the IBI Group as part of a Gardiner & Theobald led design team appointed by the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The project is to undertake architectural and technical design services for a new mixed-use development within one of the largest regeneration schemes in London. It comprises a new 2FE primary school, a children’s nursery, and a mix of community/sports/recreation facilities.

The site is on Plot C2 of the Royal Mail Group site which was granted outline planning consent in 2012.
