The project consisted of the full refurbishment of the Berkshire Suite within the main Grandstand at Newbury Racecourse, Berkshire.

The scope of works included the removal and replacement of wall, floor, and ceilings finishes, and the removal of a number of walls to rationalise the layout.

There MEP installations were upgraded, new bars were installed, and all associated fixtures and fittings were replaced.
