The project involved a new build addition to the northern end of the west wing of the existing Training Centre building and a minor internal alteration of the existing Training Centre First Team Reception and associated WC facilities.

Ground floor level is to provide film studios for visual content creation alongside associated ancillary/storage space. First floor level will provide work and meeting facilities for the Tottenham Hotspur Press and Media Teams.

The primary spaces are supported by back of house service facilities as well as IT and Comms areas. Internal remodel of the existing First Team reception to provide additional WC facilities.

The proposed landscape design will include a paved terrace on the west side of the building which will be directly accessible from Studio One. The terrace, which will be semi-covered by the balcony on the first floor above, will provide an outdoor location for filming of players with a backdrop of the First Team pitches.

In addition to the traditional landscape design, the building also introduces planting into the built structure itself, through the use of vertical living walls. Not only do these living walls help to integrate the building within the landscape, but they also introduce a number of environmental benefits.
